If you are a parent or guardian of a minor who uses our website and store, you bear full responsibility for such use, including any unwanted financial obligations arising from it.

Our company is committed to the completeness and validity of the information listed on its website. www.lasercreatives.gr, both with regard to the existence of the essential characteristics that are described for each product it has, as well as the accuracy of the data concerning the information provided by its online store Laser Creatives, services, subject to any technical or typographical errors that have escaped attention or have arisen unintentionally or due to any interruptions in the operation of the website due to force majeure.

All content of the website, including images, graphics, photographs, designs, texts, services provided and products, are the intellectual property of the aforementioned company and are protected under the relevant provisions of Greek law, European law and international conventions. The names, images, logos and distinctive features that represent the Laser Creatives and/or its online store and/or third parties contracted with them as well as their products or services, are exclusive trademarks and distinctive features of the company and/or www.lasercreatives.gr or the above third parties and are protected by Greek, Community and international laws on trademarks, industrial and intellectual property and unfair competition.

The Laser Creatives.gr makes every effort to safeguard users' personal data by adhering to strict security measures, which at the company's discretion may be changed or modified. Users are, however, informed that sending confidential information via email is not the most secure method of sending, as it involves risks of reading this information by third parties.
Also, maintaining confidentiality is self-evident. The same basic principles that govern classic transactions apply in the case of e-commerce. All information transmitted by the user to the Laser Creatives are confidential and our company has taken all necessary measures to ensure that they are used only to the extent that this is deemed necessary in the context of the services provided. Buy Products
We make every effort to provide high quality services. However, errors in prices and secondary product features cannot be ruled out and it cannot be guaranteed that there will be no website outages or "human" errors when updating/indicating the price of a product.
After placing your order you will receive an automated email with the details of your order. After the order has been processed by the online shopping department, you will receive a second and confirmation email with the products that will be shipped to you.
Cancel / Change Order
The customer reserves the right to withdraw from the products he purchased, within two (2) calendar days from the date of order. Cancellations will be accepted ONLY if an email has been sent to info@lasercreatives.gr or if there has been prior telephone contact with the store at +30 24210-95650 (Mon-Fri 10:00 - 14:00) within the above-mentioned deadline.
Also, if the customer wishes to change their order, e.g. another color, size or design, the two (2) calendar day deadline still applies and after contacting the store by telephone or email within the deadline.
In these cases, the order can be changed or even canceled, provided that the manufacturing process has not begun.
The right of withdrawal under the provisions of Law 2251/1994 does not apply:
Product Return / Replacement
The customer has the right to return or replace their products. ONLY in the following cases:
You will be asked to send photographic material of the defective product to prove its defect or incorrect engraving. Once one (1) of the two (2) above-mentioned cases of defect is proven, the Laser Creatives.gr, replaces immediately the product without none customer's burden.
Also for all the above cases, the product to be replaced must be accompanied by the original receipt/invoice of purchase, its original packaging and must not have been used. The address to which the products to be returned must be the store's headquarters and the shipping costs are borne exclusively by the customer.
In the event that the product is not returned within two (2) calendar days of receipt, then the Laser Creatives.gr may not accept any return or replacement of the product.
In the event that the product with which the customer wishes to replace his original purchase is not available at the given time, in the color or design he desires, the customer is entitled to wait for the next delivery, in which case the Laser Creatives.gr notifies him using the contact information provided by the customer during his initial order.
Orders-Shipments
The online store Laser Creatives delivers its products throughout Greece and Europe. Shipments are made daily except Saturday, Sunday, holidays and general strikes, during delivery hours of the cooperating courier companies. The above delivery days and times exclude cases for which the courier company cannot cope due to its own fault.
Prices
The prices listed are the final retail prices, i.e. VAT is included. The company reserves the right to change prices without prior notice to customers. In any case, however, the customer, at the time of receipt of the product ordered, will pay the price that was listed at the time of the order.
Pricing
For the even greater convenience of our consumers, we have adopted the electronic invoice (as defined in articles 14 and 15 of Law 4308/2014) in order to receive it in an easy, short, direct and environmentally friendly way. Electronic invoicing is done before sending your order, resulting in you receiving the receipt or invoice by email before receiving your order. The electronic receipt or electronic invoice should be kept in case of a return of the order.
Time and Method of Delivery
Once the order and payment have been confirmed (with the exception of cash on delivery), we will need 3-5 business days to prepare the order and deliver it to the selected courier company.
The order will then be delivered to the address stated during the initial order, within 2-3 business days for Greece and in approximately 10-14 days for the rest of Europe.
Orders are shipped with the selected courier company and are subject to the following shipping costs:
The shipping cost is €2,- per order and + €0.70 extra if you wish to pay by cash on delivery.
The transportation cost is calculated automatically by the courier company's software upon completion of the order based on its current price list.
For large volume and international orders, shipping costs are calculated on a case-by-case basis and always with the customer's information, approval and acceptance.
Payment Methods
If you chose to pay by bank transfer, please send us the payment receipt to info@lasercreatives.gr and mention your name and order number.
Transaction Security
All payments made using a card are processed through the electronic payment platform “Nexi XPay” of Nexi Payments Greece SA and uses TLS 1.2 encryption with a 128-bit encryption protocol (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL). Encryption is a way of encoding information until it reaches its intended recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key. It is noted that the Laser Creatives NOT stores any credit/debit card details.
