Our customers have the right to return or replace their products. ONLY in the following cases:
* Receipt of defective products due to proven fault of LaserCreatives.gr
* Receipt of incorrect product (Code).

In the above cases, the maximum return period for the replacement of the product cannot exceed three (3) calendar days from its receipt. Please inform us by sending a message to the email address [email protected] with your name, order number and of course the reason why you want to replace the product.

You will be asked to send us photographic material of the defective product to prove its defect or incorrect engraving. After proving one (1) of the two (2) above-mentioned cases of defect, LaserCreatives.gr will replace you immediately the product without none your own burden.

Also, for all the above cases, the product to be replaced must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt/invoice, its original packaging and must not have been used.

In the event that the product is not returned within three (3) calendar days of receipt, then LaserCreatives.gr may not accept any return or replacement of the product.

In the event that the product with which the customer wishes to replace his original purchase is not available at the given time in the color or design he desires, the customer is entitled to wait for the next delivery, in which case the company will notify him using the contact information that the customer provided during his original order.

In no other case than the above, is a refund or cancellation of the order provided once it has been shipped, due to the personalization (engraving) that is done on the products.

Finally, the goods are packed with great care and travel at the expense and responsibility of the customer. Our company bears no responsibility for any damage that may occur during transport.
