Transaction security
All payments made using a card are processed through the electronic payment platform “Nexi XPay” of Nexi Payments Greece SA and use TLS 1.2 encryption with a 128-bit encryption protocol (SecureSockets Layer – SSL). Encryption is a way of encoding information until it reaches the intended recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.
Your order will be shipped according to the method you selected and the shipping costs are as follows:
The shipping cost is €2,- per order and + €0.70 extra if you wish to pay by cash on delivery.
The transportation cost is calculated automatically by the courier company's software upon completion of the order and based on its current price list.
For large volume and international orders, shipping costs are calculated on a case-by-case basis and always with the customer's information, approval and acceptance.
Although we make every effort to deliver your order on time, your order may be delayed. If there is a reason for our delay, you will be notified immediately using the contact information you provided.
From the moment your order is delivered on time/within the deadline to the selected courier company, the respective courier company is solely responsible for any delay or other type of difficulty during the delivery of your order.
